what are Windows cloud GPU options in 2026?

Hello, I’ve been enjoying Paperspace instances (A4000 these days) for a while. However, since a week, I had catastrophic storage performances. I suspect they started virtualizing Windows (since they announced dropping support for new users).

Can someone suggest an alternative?

Here are my criterias:

• support for Windows templates
• no upfront cost (210€ upfront on Akamai, 100€ for OVH, seriously for 0.8$/h instances!)
• available in EU
• GPU models appropriate for gaming
• affordable prices, I’m currently paying 0.8€/h + 10€ for monthly storage (500GB SSD)
